Modification of Contractual Terms
In the event of a change in contractual terms (e.g., general terms of business, terms of service usage, pricing, etc.), the operator is obliged to inform you in writing or electronically at least 30 days before these changes take effect.
If these changes are disadvantageous for you, you have the right to terminate the contract without paying an early termination fee within 2 months from the date of receiving the notice of changes. Additionally, you have the right to a refund of the unused monetary amount for pre-paid services (prepaid).
You do not have the right to terminate the contract without a fee in case the changes to the contracted terms:
