Within TAIEX Mission HAKOM’s Experts carried out a Professional Counselling in Montenegro
Within the programme entitled” Technical Assistance and Information Exchange instrument of the European Commission”, which provides a short-term technical assistance in the field of approximation, application and enforcement of the EU legislation HAKOM's experts carried out a workshop on the development of the electronic communications for the representatives of the Ministry for Information Society and Telecommunications of Montenegro.
Within the scope of the workshop HAKOM's experts, Hrvoje Perica, Mislav Hebel and Josip Šajnović held a series of lectures and presented HAKOM's experience in programme implementation of deployment of broadband Internet access in the areas of special state concern, hilly and mountainous areas and islands, the National Programme for the Development of broadband Internet access using the EU funds, the regulatory framework and measures to reduce costs for the construction of high speed electronic communications networks as well as its experience regarding the regulations influencing the removal of barriers for a faster deployment of broadband Internet access.
