HAKOM’S Experts Advised the Consumers about their Rights regarding the Electronic Communications Services in BAKAR

The participants were informed about both consumers’ and operators’ rights and obligations in the field of the electronic communications services, especially those related to the conclusion and termination of subscription contracts and the possibility of controlling consumption and protection of the unwanted billings.

 
Zagreb.3, June 2015- Within the project implementation on Consumers’ Protection, in cooperation with the European Consumer Centre in Croatia - an organization dealing with the protection of consumers’ rights-, HAKOM’s experts Ms. Marina Ljubić Karanović and Mr. Andro Marčev participated at the workshop held in Bakar. Within the scope of an interesting and interactive presentation on” The Consumers’ and Operators’ Rights in the Field of Electronic Communications Services”, the participants were informed about end-users’ and operators’ rights and obligations in the field of electronic communications service especially those related to the conclusion and termination of subscription contracts and the possibility of controlling consumption and protection of the unwanted billings. HAKOM’s representatives actively participated in the discussion sharing their experience with other participants and presenting the specific dispute resolutions between the end-users and the operators in the electronic telecommunications services.
