HAKOM at a meeting of BEREC’s Expert Working Group

The Expert Working Group is in charge of developing a new Communications Strategy of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC).
 
ZAGREB, 4 March 2016 – A meeting of the Expert Working Group of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) in charge of developing BEREC’s new Communications Strategy is taking place in Riga. On the basis of suggestions made by the European Commission and regulatory authorities, BEREC started developing a new Communications Strategy and asked for assistance of volunteers from national regulatory authorities. The objective is to develop a document aimed at underlining the most important priorities and challenges in the BEREC’s Development Strategy and Work Programme.
 
The meeting is attended by BEREC’s representatives, independent communications experts and representatives from regulatory authorities of Ireland, Latvia, Portugal and Croatia. The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) is represented at the meeting by an expert for market analysis, Mr. Jurica Bradvić.
