HAKOM at a Meeting of TDAG Expert Working Group

HAKOM participated at the Meeting TDAG Working Group (Telecommunication Development Advisory Group) in order to prepare for the WTDC-17 conference.


ZAGREB, 29 September 2016- Following the invitation of the organizer, the World Telecommunication Union (ITU) a series of working group meetings was held in order to develop the telecommunications and ICT sector in the developing countries in Geneva from 19 to 30 September.  On 28 September 2016, Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) participated in the second in a row meeting by TDAG Working Group (TDAG Correspondence Group). HAKOM was represented by Damir Sušanj Information Technology Expert. The meeting’s objective was the revision of the guidelines and preparation of resolutions for the purpose of WTDC conference (World Telecommunication Development Conference) and the mapping of WTDC resolutions as well as recommendations to the ITU-D objectives. The recommendations have been accepted at the meeting and it has been agreed on the principle of further development and consolidation of resolutions for WTDC-17 conference.
