HAKOM at the Meeting of the ERGP Working Group in Ljubljana

The most important topic of the meeting were draft documents prepared within the framework of the Working Group on ERGP Report on quality of service and end- user satisfaction as well as the Report on Indicators on the Postal Services Market.
 
ZAGREB, September 16, 2015 - The Slovenian regulator, Agency for Communication Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia (AKOS) organized a two-day meeting of the ERGP Working Group, an association of the European Regulators for postal services which was held in Ljubljana.
 
The issues such as the draft documents made within the framework of the Working Group and the ERGP Report on quality of service and end- user satisfaction as well as Report on Indicators on the Postal Services Market were discussed at the meeting. These reports are based on the data collected through questionnaires from several regulators from the EU Member States, but also from the potential candidates presenting the current status comprising the analysis and trends on the European postal services market. The aim is to prepare the above-mentioned reports for the ERGP plenary session for the final acceptance.
The representatives of the regulatory authorities within the EU Member States, the renowned experts in the field of postal services attended the meeting. HAKOM's experts Katica Knežević and Stjepan Paler actively participated at the meeting.
