HAKOM at the Workshop on the Topic „The Challenges of connecting Logistics Centres in the Danube Region"

The workshop took place within the scope of the SENT project with the aim to exchange the ideas of connecting the intermodal centres in Southeast Europe.
 
ZAGREB, March 31, 2016 – Following the invitation of the organizer the Pro rail Alliance, a workshop on "The Challenges of Coining the Logistics centres in the Danube Region" was held at the Croatian Chamber of Economy (CCE) in Zagreb. The workshop was held as a part of the SENT (Southeast European Network of Transport and Logistics Centres), funded by the START programme. It is a programme of technical assistance for project preparation within the EU Strategy for the Danube Region (EU Strategy for the Danube Region - EUSDR). SENT project aims to exchange the ideas of joining the intermodal centres in Southeast Europe aimed at practical business cooperation and the creation of new projects financed from European Union funds.
 
The representatives of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) were Željka Grgec, Railway Services Department Manager and. Nataša Oliva Prgeša, Senior Railway Services Expert.
