The objective of the meeting was to agree on how to implement the new regulatory framework, which will ultimately lead to the elimination of additional retail roaming charges and shall enter into force on June 15, 2017.
ZAGREB, August 18, 2016,- Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications BEREC organized a meeting in Brussels which was held by the International Roaming Expert Working Group - IR EWG. The objective of the meeting was to agree on how to implement the new regulatory framework, which will ultimately lead to the elimination of additional retail roaming charges and shall enter into force on June 15, 2017.
The participants of the meeting were the representatives of the regulatory authorities of the EU Member States, members of the European Commission and the renowned experts in the field of Electronic communications. The meeting was attended by the experts from the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) Iva Vučić and Andro Marčev.
