Prof. Antun Carić, PhD passed away

On Thursday 30 April 2015, at the age of 69 our beloved friend and esteemed colleague and associate prof. Antun Carić, PhD passed away.

 
ZAGREB, 4 May 2015- We regret to announce that on Thursday, 30 April 2015, our beloved friend and esteemed colleague and associate prof. Antun Carić, PhD passed away at the age of 69. Antun was one of the founders of HAKOM- as the independent national regulatory authority. Thanks to his knowledge, experience and inexhaustible source of ideas, many programmes and projects have been successfully carried out by HAKOM: such as “e-Agency”, a project in cooperation with the academic community in the Republic of Croatia entitled “Looking to the future”, as well as the postgraduate specialist university study programme on Electronic Communications Market Regulations-the Internet and broadband development programme.
 
The funeral will take place at the Zagreb cemetery of Mirogoj on Wednesday, 6 May 2015 at 2.10 pm.
