HAKOM's Video on Protecting Children Online

ZAGREB, 6 November 2019 - The Croatian Regulatory Authrity for Network  Industries  (HAKOM) focused a part of its activities on informing and educating the end-users of electronic communications. A video on protecting children and young people on the Internet has been made in order to educate parents and children, Children, as the most vulnerable internet users, may be exposed to inappropriate content or behavior on the Internet and therefore they need the adults' or parents', even though children often know more about the topic of internet safety and behavior than parents themselves. How you can help protect your child can be viewed in HAKOM's latest video, and the most important  message is to create a relationship of trust where children can always contact adults if they feel uncomfortable or threatened while being online.
