HAKOM’s Council adopted the Ordinance on Amendments to the Ordinance on Universal Services in the Electronic Communications

ZAGREB, May 4, 2016 - At the session held on April 26, 2016, the Council of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) adopted the Ordinance on Amendments to the Ordinance on Universal Services in the Electronic Communications. Amendments to the Ordinance were published in the Official Gazette on May 4.The Ordinance shall enter into force on the day of publication except the provisions of Article 13, paragraph 5, which shall enter into force on the 90^th day following their publication in the ˝ Official Gazette.
