CONFLICT OF INTEREST PREVENTION NOTIFICATION

As defined in Articles 76 and 77, and following Article 80 Paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Act (OG 120/16; hereinafter: Act), the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries publishes data on the economic operator on its website: Ekspertus, trade for consulting and other services, Miramarska cesta 105, Zagreb, with whom the contractor’s representative from Article 76, Paragraph 2 , Item  1. Is in Conflict of Interest Act.
 
Should the changes occur regarding the existence of conflict of interest, they will be updated without delay.

Pursuant to Article 28 of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette No. 120/16) and Article 4 of the Ordinance on the Procurement Plan, register of deeds, prior consultation and analysis of public procurement market (Official Gazette No. 101/2017) the Procurement Plan of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries is published in the Electronic Public Procurement Classifieds of the Republic of Croatia.

PUBLIC PROCUREMENT REGISTRY AND FRAMEWORK AGREEMENTS

Pursuant to Article 28 of the public Procurement Act (Official Gazette No. 120/16) and Article 7 Ordinance on the procurement plan, contract register, prior consultation and market analysis in public procurement (Official Gazette No. 101/2017), the register of contracts of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries has been published in the electronic public Procurement Classifieds of the Republic of Croatia (https://eojn.hr/contracts).

Pursuant to Article 28 of the Public Procurement Act (OG 120/2016) the contracting authority of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries shall publish the Register of contracts:

• Registry of Public Procurement contracts and Framework Agreements 2017
• Registry of Contracts of Simple Procurement 2017  

OVERVIEW OF CONCLUDED PUBLIC PROCUREMENT CONTRACTS AND ITS EXECUTION

The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) acting in accordance with Article 6 of the Conclusion of the Government of the Republic of Croatia Class: 330-01/11-02/01, Reg. No.: 5030106-11-2 of 17 March 2011 announces the review of concluded public procurement contracts and its execution.

PRIOR CONSULTATION WITH ECONOMIC OPERATORS

Pursuant to Article 198 of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette No. 120/16) and Article 11 of the Ordinance on Procurement plan, contract register, prior consultation and analysis of public procurement market (Official Gazette No. 101/2017).The  Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries publishes prior consultation with interested economic operators and the report on conducted prior market consultation with interested economic operators in the electronic public Procurement Classifieds of the Republic of Croatia (https://eojn.hr/prior-consultations-all/).
