Construction Conditions
HAKOM takes part in the procedure of defining construction conditions related to electronic communications infrastructure, by:
- defining and issuing requests and guidelines for the content of physical plans for all levels (physical plans, urban plans and detailed urban plans)
- taking part in prior public consultations in the process of making and adopting physical plans
- giving opinions on final proposals of physical plans
- providing special conditions in the procedure of granting location permits, opinions and approvals of conceptual designs
- granting certificates on the conformity of the main and conceptual design (with HAKOM conditions) in the process of granting certificates for main designs and building permits
- taking part in projects of drafting Ordinances pursuant to Electronic Communications Act (hereinafter: ECA)
- taking part in technical inspection of facilities that require location permits
