Electronic communications market
HAKOM regularly collects and publishes data from the electronic communications on a quarterly and annual basis in order to be able to monitor trends in the market development, with the aim of fulfilling the obligations and performance of the tasks prescribed by the Electronic Communications Act.
The data is collected through the Market Analysis System (HAKOM SAT), which is used to collect and analyse data on the electronic communications via a questionnaire in digital format, compiled and published by HAKOM. The user accesses the SAT system by connecting to https://sat.hakom.hr in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS and ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS. Information about the SAT system and reports of problems in SAT are reported to the e-mail address SAT_Trziste@hakom.hr.
