Regulation of the current situation

If the infrastructure operator determines that its electronic communications infrastructure is being used without a signed lease agreement, the infrastructure operator can initiate proceedings with HAKOM to regulate the existing situation in accordance with the Ordinance on Manner and Conditions for Access and Shared Use of Electronic Communications Infrastructure and Associated Facilities.
