Special Authorisations

In accordance with the ZElectronic Communications Act (OG No.76/22), HAKOM can issue a special authorisation to a legal entity for performing tasks in electronic communications in the manner and under the conditions prescribed by the Regulation on the Conditions for the Allocation and Use of Radio Frequency Spectrum (OG No. 40/23).

The tasks for which special authorisations can be issued, as specified by the regulation, include:radijska mjerenja u elektroničkoj komunikacijskoj mreži
  • Radio measurements in electronic communication networks
  • Technical inspections of radio stations
  • Measurement and testing for determining the causes of interference in the radio frequency spectrum
  • Calculation and measurement of electromagnetic field values
  • Billing comparison for the provision of electronic communication services in maritime transport
