Reporting interference
HAKOM conducts measurements, testing, identification, and removal of interference in the radio frequency spectrum caused by communication or technical equipment. Interference is reported by the holder of the radio frequency spectrum licence, and in the case of a general licence, by the user of the equipment experiencing the interference.
HAKOM covers the costs of these activities entirely, except in cases where it is determined that the interference reported by the licence holder is caused by their own equipment or if the interference report from a user of equipment operating under a general licence is deemed unjustified. In these cases, HAKOM will issue an invoice to the applicant for reimbursement of the costs associated with measuring and investigating the interference.
Instructions on reporting interference and the related form can be found here.
For interference with radio programme reception, please report directly to the affected radio station, and for interference with television programmes or Croatian Radio programmes, please contact Odašiljači i veze d.o.o.
