The topic discussed at the meeting was how to resolve the problem of transnational emergency calls, the A-GNSS implementation, the impact of DSM proposals to emergency services, possible regulatory aspects of providing e-calls by a third party (TPS eCall), as well as the implementation of verification compliance of the 112 Centre with regard to e-call.

HAKOM at a meeting of a Working Group on Cross-border Coordination of Frequencies and Shared Access

The meeting on the cross-border coordination of frequencies included the preparation of a proposal for a RSPG Report on results of cross-border coordination, a presentation of results and plans for use of a regulation and a competition for changing the frequencies in the television band and the beginning of activities on the reallocation of the 700 MHz band in Europe.
