HAKOM at the Workshop of the European Commission which Takes Place within the framework of the 13th European Week of Regions and Cities

The topic of the workshop is closely related to Directive 2014/61 / EU on measures to reduce the cost of deploying high-speed electronic communications network which Provisions are transposed into the national legislation of the EU Member States with the application starting July, 1 2016.
 
ZAGREB, 14 October 2015 - In Brussels, the 13th  European week of Regions and Cities under the slogan "European Regions and Cities - Partners for investment and growth" is being held  Within the framework of this year's world conference bringing together more than six thousand participants, local, regional, national and European decision-makers, experts and members of the academic and business society, a workshop entitled "Sharing costs and infrastructure amongst network operators: a win- win scenario for broadband, smart growth and inclusion. " The aim of the workshop is the exchange of good practice on measures to reduce the cost of broadband networks.
 
The European Commission organized the workshop considering the fact that topic of the workshop is closely related to the Directive 2014/61 / EC on measures to reduce the cost of deploying high-speed electronic communications network which provisions are transposed into the national legislation of the EU Member States with the application starting July 1 . HAKOM’s experts Mladen Sikirica and Lidija Antonić are participating at the workshop.
