HAKOM's Experts Advised Consumers about their Rights in the Field of Electronic Communications

During an interesting and interactive discussion the participants were informed about operators’ and consumers’ rights in the field of electronic communications services regarding the conclusion and termination of subscriber’s contracts, the possibility of controlling consumption and protection of the unwanted billings.
 
ZAGREB, 1 December 2016 – In cooperation with the Consumer Centre, Croatian Association for Consumer Protection, the workshop on "Advising Consumers” was held in Bakar. The representatives of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) were Marina Ljubić Karanović and  Andro Marčev.
 
During an interesting and interactive discussion the participants were informed about operators’ and consumers’ rights in the field of electronic communications services regarding the conclusion and termination of subscriber’s contracts, the possibility of controlling consumption and protection of the unwanted billings HAKOM’s answered the questions and presented the practical experience and solutions in case of disputes between users and telecommunications operators.
