Another Exchange of Experiences with the Colleagues from the Slovenian National Regulatory Authority (AKOS)

Goriška Brda – September 4 2015. The excellent and long-time cooperation between Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) and the Agency for Communication Networks and Services of the Republic of Slovenia (AKOS), the Slovenian national regulatory authority has been continued within a workshop held in Slovenia.

At the workshop, the leaders of both institutions exchanged their experiences in the areas of regulation of electronic communications, postal services, radio and TV and railway services. Since the Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Croatia are a part of the European’s Commission Digital Single Market and do not only have common obligations, but also common challenges such as the problem of Italian usage of uncoordinated radio frequency, the cooperation has recently deepened and in some areas has grown into multilateral cooperation with Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, ...
