Educational Workshops for Children Held in Šibenik

Workshops for Primary School Students in Šibenik on the Safe Use of Electronic Communications

Zagreb,11 October 2024 - Following the invitation of the organizer, the Catholic Primary School in Šibenik, consumer protection expert at HAKOM conducted educational workshops for fourth, fifth, and sixth-grade students on the 9th and 10th of October. A total of 123 students participated in interactive lectures and discussions focused on the importance of safe internet use, recognising online threats, and protecting oneself while using various online platforms and tools.

These workshops are part of HAKOM's ongoing efforts to educate children, who are a particularly vulnerable group of electronic communication service users. HAKOM continues to deliver such workshops, responding to requests from primary schools and consumer protection associations.
