CCEE organizes such meetings to its members, the authorized engineers in order to provide them with professional training and introduction with the regulations in the field of electrical engineering.  Since HAKOM adopts part of regulations in the field of electronic communications, these meetings are an excellent opportunity for HAKOM to directly present the regulations to the authorized engineers, who must apply them in the planning, design and construction of electronic communications infrastructure and networks.

The review entitled "Low-voltage electrical installations in the building in the field of electronic communications" was published in the Conference Proceedings. The review was prepared by Hrvoje Perica, Stjepan Vodolšak and Vladimir Žuti who also held the presentation. In the review one can find the most important experiences in the application of the Ordinance on technical requirements for the Electronic communications network of commercial and residential buildings. In addition it clarifies the reason for the adoption of this Regulation in reference to other technical regulations of the low voltage electrical installations which are technical specifications, requirements for design, construction, usability, maintenance and other requirements relevant to the development of broadband access networks. The Ordinance was adopted to reduce the costs of building broadband access networks and harmonization with the EU regulations.
