HAKOM at the Meeting of BEREC Remedies Expert Working Group

The discussion topics were the review of reports and adoption of the plan on future activities of the Remedies Expert Working Group.

  
Zagreb, 12 October 2016 –Brussels hosted a meeting of BEREC Remedies Expert Working Group. The working group deals with issues regarding the implementation of regulatory obligations. The meeting was divided into two parts with two main topics. An overview of the reports was discussed at the first part of meeting regarding the way of   implementation of BEREC common positions in the Member States as well as the  reports of cases referred to in Article 7 / 7a of the Framework Directive. The second part of the meeting dealt with the requirements for drafting new documents and the agreement regarding the text was accomplished.
 
The participants of the Working Group were the representatives of regulatory authorities in the EU Member States and BEREC employees. The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) was represented by HAKOM’s experts Ana Mijalić and Tomislav Lovrić.
