HAKOM at the Public Consultation of Consumers in Rijeka

In cooperation with the Consumer Centre, HAKOM held a public consultation on consumer rights in the electronic communications.

 
Zagreb, 10 October 2016 – In cooperation with the association entitled “Consumer Centre” a consultation on consumer rights and obligations of the operators was held yesterday at 5 PM in Rijeka. HAKOM‘s experts in the field of electronic communications Marina Ljubić Karanović and Andro Marčev represented the company. In addition they talked about their experience with the interested parties giving the advice how to solve the problem with operators. The purpose of the consultation is informing the consumers and all interested parties about the current events in the provision of the electronic communications services as well as pointing out the most common problems with the operators.
