The Improved Cooperation between HAKOM and the Polish Regulatory Authority UKE

On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the Polish regulatory authority (UKE) the celebration and the Conference were held to deepen the existing good relations between HAKOM and UKE.
 
ZAGREB, October 9, 2015 - The Office of Communications (Urzęd Komunikacji Electronicznej - UKE, the Polish regulatory authority responsible for the regulation of the electronic communications and postal services market, marked the 15th anniversary of its foundation in Warsaw. On the occasion of this important anniversary UKE organized the celebration and conference which were attended by high-ranking guests from Poland and the leaders of several European regulatory authorities as well. This important anniversary was attended by the representatives of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) Mr. Dražen Lučić, President of the Council and. Domagoj Jurjević, Chairman of the Council. Therefore they took part at the conference which was organized on the occasion of the anniversary, The topic of the conference was "Regulatory Trends and Challenges - Quo Vadis Europe?”
 
During the visit the cooperation agreement between (MoU) and UKE was signed and the discussions related to the further multilateral and bilateral cooperation with the heads of regulators from Central and Southeast Europe were held. Eventually the HAKOM’s representatives hosted by Her Excellency Andrea Bekić, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in Poland and the Second Secretary of the Embassy Tiha Dabac Golubić, payed a visit to the Croatian Embassy in Poland and had some conversations there.
