The finale of the project enabling internships for students with disabilities will be held within the scope of the Accessible Future conference.

ZAGREB, May 7, 2024 - On the occasion of the international conference "Accessible Future" organized by Poslovni dnevnik and the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) on June 12, 2024, the finale of the project "Experience is Worth its Weight in Gold" will also take place. This project is initiated by Poslovni dnevnik, which connects employer partners with students with disabilities to provide internships and facilitate future employment. It aims to raise awareness within the business and wider community and addresses the issue of employing people with disabilities, who often face difficulties in finding employment due to personal reasons and other circumstances.

During the implementation of this project, which has been ongoing for 12 years, more than 190 students have completed internships, and 12 of them have obtained permanent employment in the same company.
The competition rules and application form required for participation in the project have been published on the Poslovni dnevnik website, with applications accepted no later than May 22, 2024.
