HAKOM informs the End-Users: As of March 16, 2020. Submission of Documentation and Complaints only in Writing and through HAKOM's Web Site

Referring to the above mentioned, the documentation can also be submitted via electronic mail, using the e-complaint system and other application solutions, and the phone communication is possible as well.
  
ZAGREB, March 13, 2020 - Due to extraordinary circumstances, caused by the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) informs users that as of Monday, March 16, 2020, it will continue to protect and suppress the spread of the virus, complaints, requests and other documentation cannot be submitted independently to HAKOM's official premises. The documentation can only be submitted by electronic mail and by using the e-complaint system and other application solutions, as well as by mail to the address of HAKOM, Roberta Frangeša Mihanovića 9, 10110 Zagreb. In case of problems and queries, the users can still contact HAKOM through the "Ask Us" application on our website, social networks and by phone.
 
HAKOM would like to express special thanks to the end- users for their understanding and responsible behavior in this situation. All amendments to the instructions will be notified to the public in due time.
