Objavljeno polugodišnje izvješće o korisničkim sporovima u 2022.

Izvješće o sporovima korisnika elektroničkih komunikacija u prvih šest mjeseci 2022., osim analize riješenih sporova, donosi i preporuke operatorima za poboljšanja.
 
ZAGREB, 11. studenoga 2022. - Hrvatska regulatorna agencija za mrežne djelatnosti (HAKOM) na svojim je službenim stranicama objavila Izvješće o sporovima korisnika s operatorima elektroničkih komunikacija pred HAKOM-om za prvih šest mjeseci 2022. Izvješće, osim analize riješenih sporova pri HAKOM-u, sadrži i osvrt na prigovore i pritužbe (reklamacije) operatorima te preporuke za poboljšanja.

Pokretanje spora prema Zakonu o elektroničkim komunikacijama predstavlja treći stupanj rješavanja korisnikove žalbe, nakon što je korisnik prošao postupak prigovora i pritužbe (reklamacije) kod operatora. Iz izvješća je vidljivo kako korisnici iz godine u godinu pokreću sve manje sporova.
