The amended 5G Auction documentation

At the meeting of the Council of HAKOM, the competition documentation was changed and the methodology for RF spectrum fee calculation was clarified by an additional example.


Zagreb, 7 June 2021 — At its today's session, the HAKOM’s Council decided to amend the auction documentation for granting the individual RF spectrum licences of 10 annual instalments, by adding a table as an example of calculation. According to the Decision, Paragraph 8.3.2 of the auction documentation has been amended. It refers to the calculation of the fee rate of annual instalments in case of payment of RF spectrum fees in a maximum of 10 annual instalments and,  as an example of calculation, the table  is added to the documentation.
