Base Stations in a Point-to-Multipoint System

INSTRUCTIONS for Notification of the Start of Operation for Base Radio Stations in a Point-to-Multipoint (PtMP) System
A radio station can only be put into operation when two fundamental conditions are met:

1. A valid licence for the use of the radiofrequency spectrum has been obtained.
2. The radio station has been set up in accordance with the licence, the radio station project, and professional standards.

It is also implied that the type of device used is approved for use in the Republic of Croatia.

To ensure these conditions are fulfilled, the following steps must be completed

1. Obtain a valid licence for the use of the RF spectrum.
2. The legal entity responsible for setting up the radio station according to the licence and the radio station project must complete, sign, and certify the "Installation Report of the Radio Station in the Point-to-Multipoint System" form.
3. Before starting the operation of individual radio station, the RF spectrum licence holder must submit the completed “Notification for the Start of Operations of a Base Radio Station in a Point-to-Multipoint System“ to the Authority.
4. The original "Installation Report" for the specific radio station must be attached to the notification mentioned in point 3

The completed and signed form and the accompanying installation report can be sent by mail, fax, or email to: prijava.nadzor@hakom.hr
 
Note:
After submitting the completed form for the start of radio station operations to the Authority, along with the necessary attachments, you may begin operating the radio station without the requirement of a prior technical inspection.
