Educations of service users in the electronic communications and postal services markets
Zagreb, 28 April 2023 — HAKOM’s user protection experts held several workshops this week where service users received information about their rights when using electronic communications services, as well as postal services.
In cooperation with the Croatian Association for Consumer Protection of Bjelovar-Bilogora County from Garešnica, education for users of electronic communications services took place in the city of Bjelovar and the municipality of Berek. HAKOM’s experts also visited Vukovar-Srijem County at the invitation of the Glas Potrošača of Vukovar-Srijem County. Joint activities that should be carried out in cooperation with the mentioned association were discussed at the meetings in the premises of City Administration of Vinkovci and Vukovar as well as the County where there was reception by deputy mayors and deputy prefects. On this occasion, the Association was provided with 40,000 information leaflets on user’s rights, which will be distributed to citizens.
