General Licence

Every legal and physical person has the right to use a radio frequency band that, according to the Frequency Spectrum Allocation Table, can be used based on a general licence for the use of radio frequency spectrum, in accordance with the conditions for assignment and use defined in that Table and the Ordinance on the conditions for assignment and use of radio frequency spectrum ("NN" 40/23).

HAKOM grants a general licence (Search general licences) for the use of radio frequency spectrum in cases of negligible risk of interference or in harmonised radio frequency bands, especially for the purpose of implementing the corresponding decisions and recommendations of the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT) and its bodies, which have been implemented in the Republic of Croatia.
