HAKOM’s Amendments to the two general Licenses OD-85 and OD-86

Both licenses refer to the usage of RLAN in 5 GHz frequency bands

ZAGREB, 14 July 2020 – Based on the results of the World Radiocommunications Conference (WRC-19), HAKOM amended two general licenses, OD-85 and OD-86, regarding the usage of RLAN in 5 GHz frequency bands.

The amended general licenses are available on the following links:

OD-86a

The amendments to the above general licenses provide the usage of additional spectrum in the 5 GHz frequency band (in addition to the 5470-5725 MHz frequency band based on the general license OD -201) and in the open spaces while respecting appropriate limits and reporting the installation of radio stations to HAKOM.
