HAKOM sudjelovao na međunarodnom regulatornom skupu u Ateni
ZAGREB, 11. prosinca 2024. - U Ateni je održan treći međunarodni regulatorni skup pod nazivom “Postal Regulatory Challenges in the Digital Era” koji je okupio međunarodne stručnjake i predstavnike regulatornih tijela iz brojnih zemalja sa ciljem rasprave o ključnim izazovima i prilikama u poštanskom sektoru u doba digitalne transformacije.
Iva Dvornik i Andrej Sardelić iz Hrvatske regulatorne agencije za mrežne djelatnosti (HAKOM-a), predstavili su primjer hrvatskog regulatornog pristupa kroz izlaganje “Regulation of E-Commerce Parcel Delivery in Croatia: A Practical Example”.
Skup je organiziralo grčko regulatorno tijelo zaduženo za tržište elektroničkih komunikacija i poštanskih usluga EETT, a u fokusu je bio širok spektar tema poput digitalnih platformi, prava korisnika, financiranja univerzalne usluge i regulatornih inovacija. Glavni zaključci skupa istaknuli su važnost prilagodbe regulatornih okvira kako bi se osigurala održivost i kvaliteta poštanskih usluga u digitalnom dobu.
Međunarodni skupovi poput ovog pružaju priliku za razmjenu znanja i iskustava s regulatornim tijelima iz drugih zemalja. Predstavljanjem primjera iz prakse, Hrvatska doprinosi raspravama o izazovima i rješenjima u sektoru poštanskih usluga u digitalnom dobu.
