Instructions for granting the licence for the Use of Radio Frequency Spectrum on Aircraft
An application for a licence to use radio frequency spectrum must be submitted to HAKOM via the e-Aircraft web application.In exceptional cases, if submitting the application via the platform is not possible, the application for a licence to use radio frequency spectrum in the amateur service may also be sent via email to ZahtjevZaDozvolu@hakom.hr
When submitting an application for granting the aforementioned licence, it is necessary to:
- Properly complete the application form
- for a licence to use radio frequency spectrum on an aircraft;
- In addition to the completed form, the following documents must be attached:
- Documentation in accordance with Article 14, paragraph 3 of the Ordinance on the Conditions for the Assignment and Use of Radio Frequency Spectrum, i.e. a copy of the aircraft's certificate of airworthiness and confirmation of aircraft registration. If these documents are unavailable, an alternative document containing data about the aircraft's registration mark, call sign, aircraft type, owner, and ELT code should be submitted;
- A copy of the previously granted licence if a change of details from the previous licence is requested;.
- A copy of the certificate or any other public document containing the personal identification number (OIB)(1)
- If the applicant is not the aircraft owner, a notarised power of attorney for representation in the licence grant procedure, as well as for the receipt of the invoice and licence, must be submitted;
- A notarised Power of Attorney specifying a representative residing in the Republic of Croatia for receiving correspondence, if the aircraft owner is a foreign national.
Note:
The fee for the use of radio frequency spectrum must be paid upon HAKOM's written request at the time of processing the application.
