Published 2023 Annual Report on User Disputes
Zagreb, March 7, 2024 - The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) has published the Report on User Disputes with Electronic Communications Operators for the year 2023 on its official website. This report, which encompasses an analysis of resolved disputes, is primarily directed towards operators to improve their practices in resolving disputes at the first and second instances
The report indicates a decreasing trend in number of disputes initiated in accordance with the Electronic Communications Act, which constitutes the third instance in the process of resolving user requests, after users exhaust their options for complaints and grievances with their operators. HAKOM regularly analyses resolved requests and publishes the results twice a year, aiming to encourage operators to resolve users’ complaints more efficiently.
