HAKOM at the Workshop on "Network Statement" in the Organization of IRG - RaiL

ZAGREB, Sept 4, 2015 - In London, September 4, within Legislative Developments Working Group and the Access Working Group by IRG-Rail (Independent Regulators' Group – Rail) a workshop on” Network Statement” was held. HAKOM‘s experts Mr.Kristijan Solin, and Ms. Dragica Flam participated at the meeting.
 
Within the scope of the workshop, the questionnaire results on the Network Statement, as well as the presentations by RNE (RailNetEurope - Infrastructure Manager and Allocation Bodies), EIM (European Rail Infrastructure Managers) and the German regulatory authority were presented as well. Particular emphasis was on regulatory requirements, that is, the innovations issued by Directive 2012/34 / EU (the so-called. Recast) as well as on the role of the regulatory authorities. The most important objective of the workshop is the exchange of experience and implementation of harmonized regulatory standards.
