ZAGREB – 17 April 2015 – Within HAKOM’s electronic business development programme HAKOM (Croatian Regulatory Agency for Network Industries) launched a new application “e-Discussion”. By implementing one more useful application HAKOM continues with the informatization of the process and the e-Agency project enabling mutual work of more registered users in a simple and quick way during the implementation procedure regarding the publication of documents of common interest.
When a registered user logs in the system the user is enabled to overview the discussion document with the possibility to choose a public discussion of their interest. The overview and selection of a public discussion the system makes it easier for the users to comment the documents in public discussion. Moreover, the system enables the data display of all completed public discussions through the overview of original documents, and data on dates and duration as well as all the amendments, comments and attachments.
As a reminder, in addition to the “e-Discussion” service, users have already had at their disposal a series of electronic services: e-Operator (data management system for operators of electronic communications networks and services), e-Market (information and analysis of the Croatian postal services and electronic communications markets), e-Complaints (submission and verification of status of complaints against operators), e-Portability (checking of the number porting status and verification of a network of a certain number), e-Procurement (overview of HAKOM’s concluded public procurement contracts), e-Employment (administrative competitions, forums and description of employment processes at the Agency), e-Licenses (licenses for the use of the RF spectrum for individual radio stations or several radio stations), e- Conditions and e-Guidelines (submission of the application for acquiring specific conditions or guidelines for drafting spatial plans.
HAKOM is determined to further improve business activities so that all its services are accessible not only in paper form but also in electronic form.
