How to become an end-user?


In order to use voice and Internet access services, it is necessary to submit a request for the activation of a service to an operator of electronic communications services in a fixed and mobile electronic communications network if you want use a post-paid service or  a prepaid service, it is necessary to buy a package for the use of that service at the operator's point of sale or other shops.

The application can be made at the operator's point of sale, outside the operator's premises, remotely via telephone or internet. The contract shall be concluded when the operator accepts the user's request to establish a subscriber’s  request) The terms of the contract may specify a period of its mandatory duration (contractual obligation) of one or more years and  upon its expiration the contract will remain valid (for an indefinite period) until terminated by the end-user or operator.

When applying for a service by telephone or via the Internet you should be addressed to General Consumer Law and receive a notice containing all the information about the contract concluded. If, upon receipt of that notification, you give the operator your consent to conclude a contract, the contract shall be deemed to have been concluded. In case when contract is concluded by telephone, that notification must contain information with options on how to give your consent to the operator to conclude the contract. The contract shall be concluded on the day when the operator confirms his consent for conclusion of the contract. The end- user has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract concluded remotely within 14 days from the date of the conclusion of the contract. This right to terminate must be duly notified to the beneficiary and, if not, the right to terminate upon expiry of 12 months from the expiry of the abovementioned period of 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
