HT Received a Final Ruling

Hrvatski Telekom has been fined for the violation of a regulatory obligation imposed by HAKOM.
 
ZAGREB, 27 Jun 2014 – The High Misdemeanour Court confirmed the first-instance ruling of the Misdemeanour Court in Zagreb finding Hrvatski Telekom guilty for the violation of the regulatory obligation of obligation of access to and use of specific network facilities in relation to Metronet telekomunikacije. HT was fined with HRK 1.7 million, without the right to appeal, because of a serious violation of the Electronic Communications Act.
