Report to the Inspectorate
The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM), as a legal entity with public authority, has full competence for inspection supervision in the field of electronic communications, postal services, a part of passenger rights in rail transport, and regulation of the railway services market.
If you have information or there is a well-founded suspicion of violation of the Law within the jurisdiction of HAKOM, you can report it to the HAKOM inspectorate in writing by sending a report to:

• Or by personal delivery to the HAKOM registry office on working days from 08:30 to 11:30 and from 12:30 to 15:30.
