The European Commission held a training on the ICSMS system usage in HAKOM

This training was designed as the form of education method for better usage of ICSMS system by the users and  more efficient cooperation and the exchange of information of non-compliant products.
 
ZAGREB, June 9, 2015 - In the office premises of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM), ICSMS training workshop (Information and Communication System on Market Surveillance ) was held . The host of this event, initiated by the European Commission is the Ministry of Economy whilst HAKOM provided its office premises for that purpose.
 
ICSMS is a system by means of which the EU Member States exchange information on the undertaken measures and surveillance activities on the products market. HAKOM uses ICSMS data base surveillance of radio equipment market and telecommunications terminal equipment (RTT) on a daily basis. This training is designed as a form of education for better usage of the ICSMS system, and a more efficient cooperation and exchange of information of non-compliant products.
Aside from the representatives of the European Commission and HAKOM, the representatives of the inspection bodies responsible for surveillance of the products placed on the market participated as well and took the role of the ICSMS system user.
