The purpose of these instructions is to contribute to a better interpretation of EU regulations on radio equipment and to ensure their more consistent application across various sectors and throughout the single market.
Following Croatia's accession to the EU, customs and quantitative restrictions on free trade in goods were abolished, contributing to the successful functioning of the internal market.
